Our standard lead time for our products is 4 weeks, which may increase to 5-6 weeks for any joined gaskets or corona sleeving. 

For custom extrusions and gaskets, the lead time will be between 6-12 weeks depending on the complexity of the product as well as the amount of research and development required.

We are always looking to manufacture products that are the perfect fit for our customer’s requirements which will almost always be a custom solution.

However, Jehbco needs to make a sizable investment to manufacture product samples, even for small runs.

A combination of product data, weathering tests, and over 45 years of experience suggests that our silicone products have a minimum shelf life of 7 years. However, if our products are kept in a stable environment, they can last many years beyond this.

We have provided product warranties from 4 years up to 20+ years on our products.
