Jehbco Silicones is able to manufacture a large range of sizes for silicone cord. Currently, we have existing tooling available for all sizes between 1.0mm and 50.0mm. If you need a custom size, Jehbco is able to create custom tooling on-site to create the right product for you.
Food and medical grade cord is available as well. Jehbco can colour match, and create custom colours to suit your needs. Jehbco is also able to add additives into the raw material to give the cord or strip a higher temperature rating or flame retardancy. Jehbco is also able to vary the hardness of the cord ensuring that it is the perfect fit for an application.
Cut pieces can be supplied, these pieces can then joined to create an o-ring on site.
